What to expect from submission to publication, and how to choose the right journal.

Read the aims and scope of the journal before you submit. Manuscripts outside a journal’s scope are returned at desk review, which costs you time.

Prepare your manuscript to the journal’s author guidelines: title page, structured abstract, keywords, main text, declarations, and references in the journal’s required style. Include an ethics approval statement for any study involving human participants or animals.

Submit through the journal’s own OJS portal. You will need to register an author account on that site. Once submitted you can track the status of your manuscript at every stage from your dashboard.
