Editors hold the final decision on every manuscript. The publisher does not overrule editorial judgement, and no commercial consideration influences acceptance.

Each board is expected to maintain a documented peer review workflow, declare and manage conflicts of interest, and handle allegations of misconduct according to COPE flowcharts.
